Payment Policy

✦ Payment Methods
Orders are paid via a secure link through the Payoneer payment system.
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice to your email with a “Pay Now” button.
Visa, Mastercard, and international bank transfers are accepted.
✦ Currency
Payments are accepted in USD or EUR.
Other currencies are available upon request.
✦ Payment Timeframe
The invoice is valid for 3 calendar days from the date it is sent.
If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
✦ Security
All payments are processed on the Payoneer platform via a secure connection.
We do not store or process any card details on our website.
Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

✦ Shipping Methods
International shipping is carried out via Ukrposhta Registered Airmail or as agreed with the customer.
Domestic shipping within Ukraine — Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.

✦ Shipping Cost
The cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the destination country and delivery method.

✦ Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery times depend on the postal service and cannot be guaranteed, especially during holiday seasons or force majeure events.
Return & Exchange Policy

✦ Returns & Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges only if the item arrives damaged or with a defect not mentioned in the listing.

✦ Conditions
— Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
— Ship the item back within 14 days after return approval.
— The item must be in its original condition, without signs of wear or damage.

✦ Exceptions
Custom-made items and discounted goods are non-refundable.

✦ Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase, excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our fault.
